Randy is the Principal of Peck Financial, a nationally recognized independent Executive Benefits firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. Randy entered the insurance business in 1992 and quickly established himself as an expert resource for other insurance advisors and financial planners. Today, Peck Financial administers executive life, disability and long term care insurance plans for many well known companies and large national law firms. Randy resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife Alicia and six children and together they contribute time and resources to many local and national charities.
Jennifer joined Peck Financial in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Jennifer oversees Peck Financials Executive Benefit practice including new client on-boarding and inforce management. Jennifer holds a Health, Life and Variable Annuity license (215) and is a FINRA registered representative (Series 6) since 1998. She is a proud alumni member of Leadership Deerfield and the South Palm Beach County Women’s Executive Club, an affiliate of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE). In addition to her professional affiliations, Jennifer serves in a volunteer role for the Humane Society.
Philip is an Insurance and Estate Planning specialist and has worked with Peck Financial since 2002. He has dedicated his career to helping our clients implement strategies to help protect their legacy. He has a unique talent in making complex financial products and structures easy to understand and coordinates well with other client advisors. Philip is highly successful in meeting the needs of business owners, successful professionals, retirees, and high net worth individuals by focusing on tax-advantaged wealth accumulation and preservation strategies. Phil resides in Long Island, NY, with his wife Dawn and has 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
Lisa joined Peck Financial in 2012 after having spent 15 years providing underwriting support to a large MGA. Today her job duties include communicating with clients, their doctors and insurance companies to procure the best possible underwriting results. Lisa holds a 215 license and is well versed on life, disability and long-term insurance underwriting. Lisa is a native Floridian and strives to deliver outstanding service to meet the needs of Peck Financial clients.
Marisa joined Peck Financial in 2021 with over 15 years of experience in the insurance and finance industry. She has held both sales and account management positions for top MGA firms and maintains a Health, Life and Variable Annuity License (215). As an account manager for Peck Financial’s Executive Benefits division, Marisa is responsible for implementing new plans, bid analysis and communications. Marisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University located in her hometown of Miami, FL and currently resides in Boca Raton, FL with her son and family dog.
Kristina joined Peck Financial in 2020 and has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial industry. Kristina brings a wealth of knowledge from life underwriting, new business processing, in-force management, CRM Data Management and Marketing. She is Life, Health and P&C Licensed since 1997. Along with her vast professional accomplishments, she is also an author, poet, mother, and grandmother. She spends her free time with her husband of 30 years and her family; believing life is best spent together with the ones you love.
Sam joined Peck Financial in 2018 and brings over 10 years of HR Benefits Analysis experience. In the role of Client Technical Services, her duties primarily include reconciliation of client list bill invoices, assisting clients with the conservation of portable policies and assisting the Peck Financial team with special projects. Initially from Jaipur, India, Sam has lived in the Chicago area since 1995.
